502 SCREEN - WIZARD RESERVATION

General Information:

The 502 screen is the Wizard equivalent to VR. You can create, modify, and cancel reservations using this screen. It is important to remember when booking a reservation on the 502 screen that you will need to verify the terms and conditions for any coupons since 502 will not validate the coupon.

Procedure:

Enter “/FOR P502." in the CMD prompt
Press Enter

Refer to the list of Action Codes for the code needed to complete your transactions or for a definition of a prompt name.

To display a reservation on 502 with reservation number
- Type Dr in the PAC prompt
- Type R/reservation number in the NAM prompt
- Press enter
Below is an example of a display reservation

To display a reservation without the reservation number:
- Type DR in the PAC prompt
- Type the rental location in the STA prompt
- Type the rental date in the ETA prompt
- Type the renter's last name and first intial in the NAM prmopt
- Press enter

Once reservation is displayed and the customer picked up the vehicle, when you next page, the RA NUMBER and MVA NUMBER will display. See example below:
